This policy explains what information ChosenOnes MC ("the club", "we") collects through chosenonesmc.com and the ChosenOnes MC mobile app, why, and the choices you have.

WHAT WE COLLECT

  • Member accounts: your name, email address, phone number, and the profile details you choose to add (bike, social handles, T-shirt size, profile photo, emergency contact).
  • Rides: rides logged by you or the committee (date, route and distance) used for the club leaderboard.
  • Merch orders: your name, email address, phone number and the items ordered, so we can confirm the order, verify payment and arrange delivery.
  • App notifications: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send club announcements and ride updates. You can turn this off at any time in your phone's settings.

We do not use advertising, ad tracking or third-party analytics, and we do not sell or rent your information.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Public pages show what the club chooses to publish (for example the committee, the leaderboard and active members' names and photos). Signed-in members can see other members' profiles. Emergency contact details are visible only to you and the committee. Order details are visible only to the committee.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Membership records and ride history are kept while you are a club member and as long as the club needs them for its records. Order records are kept for the club's accounting. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

YOUR CHOICES
