How do I get a member login?

Open Member Login, choose Sign Up, find your name on the club roster and confirm the phone number the committee has on file. If your name isn't listed, contact the committee.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll email you a link to set a new password.

My rides are missing from the leaderboard

Log the ride from your profile, or ask the Road Team to add it. The leaderboard updates as soon as a ride is saved.

Where is my merch order?

After you order you'll get an email with the payment details. Once the committee verifies your transfer, items are handed over at the club's meeting point within 14 days. Reply to the order email with any questions.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in, open your profile and choose "Delete my account". This removes your login immediately. To also remove your membership record, rides or orders, email us.
